The gym is fun, healthy and safe! A love of fitness helps kids become happy, healthy human beings. Unless otherwise indicated, classes are available 1-4 times each week. Choose a class that is right for your young athlete:
Level 1: Ages 3-5 years (must be potty-trained)
20-minute class where the main objective is FUN
Plenty of breaks, unloaded workouts, vestibular work, exploring movement
Parents stay for these classes
Level 2: Ages 5-12 years
30-40-minute class
Build strength through repetition, developing movement
FUN + mechanics
Classes are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm
