The gym is fun, healthy and safe! A love of fitness helps kids become happy, healthy human beings. Unless otherwise indicated, classes are available 1-4 times each week. Choose a class that is right for your young athlete:
Level 1: Ages 3-5 years (must be potty-trained)
- 20-minute class where the main objective is FUN
- Plenty of breaks, unloaded workouts, vestibular work, exploring movement
- Parents stay for these classes
Level 2: Ages 5-12 years
- 30-40-minute class
- Build strength through repetition, developing movement
- FUN + mechanics
- Classes are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm
Level 3: Ages 12-15 years
- 60-minute class
- Loaded work and vestibular work
- Class focuses on mastering movement, intensity and sports development
Level 4: Ages 16-18 years +
- 60-minute class
- Class focuses on high level performance movements
- Class upon request
