CrossFit Kids
CrossFit Kids teaches kids foundational functional movement patterns. These movements will carry over into their lives, their sports and their activities to create more efficient athletes, gymnasts, dancers and will improve any physical activity. The program will meet any kid at their fitness level and will progress them to high levels of fitness.
As kids are spending more time on technology, eating more processed food and having less opportunities for exercise, childhood obesity is on the rise. Over 39 million children around the world are overweight or obese. (Read more @ World Health Organization ).
Our answer to these problems is the engage kids in enjoying exercise, teaching function movements and improve cognitive development.
Classes are Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:30 pm for kids ages 5-12.
Athletic Development
Athletic Development is designed to pick up where your high school, middle school or other sports training leaves off. We help athletes take the next step in their performance making success stories a reality. Using strength training, agility, plyometrics and conditioning athletes will have confidence walking onto the stage for performances, on the mat for matches or on field for play.
Our head performance coach is CPPS certified. Every other coach that trains athletes have years of expertise and is certified in CrossFit or has graduated with health & exercise degree. Be ready to be coached and trained by professionals for the chance to become a professional.
