Individual Client Sessions
This program is a constantly varied approach to personal training. Athletes can choose if they want strength training, cardiovascular training, or body weight training for their program. Also, they can choose to mix all three components. Using our client’s goals, we create a program that begins with addressing the asymmetric body mechanics issues that we access in their first session. As athletes improve their symmetry, we progress their movement patterns to higher skill levels. Our goal is improving our client’s health, moving them from sickness to wellness then wellness to fitness. Their motivation comes by them seeing results physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally.
