Monthly CrossFit IDF
MCIDF will focus on the weak points in an athlete’s Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and overall conditioning. Athletes will meet with their coach regularly. These meetings consist of reviewing their individual programing for the next week, addressing faults in movement patterns and setting goals for the athlete. This is not only for the competitive athlete wanting to compete in CrossFit competitions, but also the athletes looking to improve their class performance. Coaches can tailor this program to fit the athlete’s available time schedule.
