If you desire to improve your overall health and wellness, BFIT offers our general strength and conditioning classes. There are 10 class opportunities Monday – Friday and 3 class opportunities on Saturday. Sunday is our family day and the gym is closed. Starting at 5 a.m. every weekday you have an opportunity to improve your health.  Every class has multiple components of fitness. We want you to build overall strength, improve your cardiovascular endurance and your mobility.
