IDF 10 is a foundations course for not only the beginner but the experienced member looking to improve a single movement or brush up on multiple movements. 

  1. Foundations Option: Athletes meet with a coach for 20-30 minutes one-on-one, 1-2 times a week working on the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit as well as other gymnastics movements.  This is scheduled individually with your coach.

  2. Single Movement Improvement: Athletes meet with a coach for 20-30 minutes one-on-one, 1-2 times a week working on their individual movement weakness. This is scheduled individually with your coach.
