Sports Performance

The gym is fun, healthy and safe! A love of fitness helps kids become happy, healthy human beings. Unless otherwise indicated, classes are available 1-4 times each week. Choose a class that is right for your young athlete:

Level 1: Ages 3-5 years (must be potty-trained)

  • 20-minute class where the main objective is FUN
  • Plenty of breaks, unloaded workouts, vestibular work, exploring movement
  • Parents stay for these classes

Level 2: Ages 5-12 years

  • 30-40-minute class
  • Build strength through repetition, developing movement
  • FUN + mechanics
  • Classes are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm

Level 3: Ages 12-15 years

  • 60-minute class
  • Loaded work and vestibular work
  • Class focuses on mastering movement, intensity and sports development

Level 4: Ages 16-18 years +

  • 60-minute class
  • Class focuses on high level performance movements
  • Class upon request
