Join us at 6:30 p.m. class on Tuesday nights for Olympic Lifting. The goal of this class is simple, improve you over all Olympic Lifting ability. The coach will teach the skills and techniques for the snatch, clean, and jerk lifts. These classes can be for beginners or intermediate lifters, and they can include strength training, flexibility, and safety instruction.

Who Can Take the Class?
Beginners
This class will help the beginner understand the basics of Olympic lifting.
Intermediate Lifters
This class will refine an intermediate lifter’s movement pattern to improve technique and strength.
Advanced Lifters
This class will give the advanced lifter cues for the minor changes that make major results happen.
Olympic lifting can help improve bone density. It can also help improve strength, flexibility, dexterity, and coordination.
