CrossFit Kids teaches foundational functional movement patterns that carry over into every aspect of a child’s life—whether it’s sports, dance, gymnastics, or just playing at the park. These movements help create more efficient, well-rounded athletes while building lifelong habits for health and fitness.
Our program meets kids where they are, regardless of their fitness level, and helps them progress toward higher levels of physical capability in a fun and supportive environment.
With kids spending more time on screens, consuming more processed foods, and having fewer opportunities for active play, childhood obesity is on the rise. According to the World Health Organization, over 39 million children around the world are overweight or obese.
