Spring Training Block: Completely Generalized Off Season Training. This Block focuses on all aspects of an athletes performance. Each athlete will start the program by testing out on there Vertical Jump (Max Power Output), Broad Jump (Linear Power Output), Recorded Max Speed on our Woodway Curve Treadmill (Absolute Speed), Pro-Agility (The athletes ability to change direction), and the L-Drill(The athletes ability to maneuver in space).
• Months: January, February, and March.
Summer Training Block: Primarily Focused on Linear Power/Speed with a multi directional Speed/Power Phase. Athletes will be tested on their Vertical Jump(max Power output), Recorded Max Speed on our Woodway Curve (Absolute Speed, Linear Power Output), and the Pro- Agility(The athletes ability to change Direction). This Block is open to all athletes but focuses on Sports such as Football,Volleyball, and all fall related sports.
• April, May, and June
Fall Training Block: Primarily focused on Vertical Power with a Multi Directional Phase. Athletes will be Tested on their Vertical Jump (Max Power Output), Broad Jump (Linear Power output), Pro-Agility( The athletes ability to maneuver in space), and The L-Drill(The athletes ability to maneuver in space). This Block is open to all athletes but focuses on sports such as Basketball, Wrestling, Club Volleyball, and all winter related sports.
• July, August, and September
Winter Training Block: Primarily Focused on Linear Power/Speed, Rotational Power, with an absolute speed phase. Athletes will be test on there Vertical Jump( Max Power Output), Broad Jump (Linear Power Output), 60 yard dash based on the athletes sports specific position(absolute speed), Medicine Ball Throw (Max Power Output) and the L-Drill (The athletes ability to maneuver in space). This Block is open to all athletes but focuses on sports such as Track and Field, Baseball, and all Spring related sports.
